We have a variety of class offerings to suit your specific yoga needs. All of our classes are all-levels, and we encourage you to try them to see what works best for you and your body! Let the teacher know of any injuries before class so they can provide modifications.

You are in the right place! In fact, many people start their yoga practice with the exact same goal in mind. The heat will help open up your muscles so you can stretch safely and prevent injury. So much of our daily activity shortens and weakens muscles — hot yoga counteracts that by lengthening and strengthening muscles to increase flexibility and prevent injury. With a consistent yoga practice, your muscles will open up and become more flexible. Be sure to check out Hot Power Fusion, Power 1, and Yin if you are looking to gain flexibility.
Depending on your body composition, class style, exertion and other variables, it is possible for clients to burn 500 to 1,000 calories during class. But it doesn’t end there. Hot yoga classes can increase your metabolism well after class so you can burn even more throughout your day. Individual results may vary.
Most people notice some changes even after their very first practice. Remember that every body is different, and your yoga journey is just as unique as you are! The more you practice, the more benefits you will see.
Practice as often as you’d like! The more you practice, the more results you will see. A good goal is to practice at least 2-5 times per week to see results. Just be sure to take care of yourself by drinking plenty of water, listening to your body, and taking rest days when you need to!

You are not alone! Know that it can take 3-7 classes (or even more) for your body to acclimate to the heat. It is completely normal and okay to be a little overwhelmed during your first class! Be kind to yourself: listen to your body, rest when you need to, and try to stay in the room. The more you practice, the stronger you get.
That’s okay! We encourage you to listen to your body and take breaks when you need to. Know that every day is different, and you’ll feel stronger on some and less on others. Remember that yoga is a practice - so you’ve won just by showing up on your mat!
Mats and towels are available for rent, otherwise you may bring your own!
Our class schedule is very extensive and usually there is another class within 30 minutes if you show up late. Latecomers will not be let into class, no exceptions.
Yes! Our lockers are set-your-own-code, so no need to bring your own lock! We recommend using the lockers for peace of mind during class that all your personal belongings are safe.
