ALL LEVELS
HOT POWER FUSION (HPF)

A set-series, shoulder and wrist-friendly class that’s slow-moving. It’s a blend of the 26 classical postures taught in hot yoga and power vinyasa.

YIN

This slow-moving class targets connective tissue through seated and lying postures held for long periods of time with the use of blocks and straps — perfect for all levels and those recovering from injury.

POWER 1 (P1)

This foundational class covers the basic asana (yoga postures) core to any vinyasa (breath to movement) class. This strengthening class is ideal for both new and experienced students.

INTERMEDIATE
BARRE

A fusion between barre work, light weights and cardio, this class helps you develop long, lean muscles through small, controlled movements. A high-energy class taught to upbeat music.

SCULPT

A breath to movement class that combines free weights with yoga and cardio: a high-intensity class designed to be a full-body workout to upbeat music.

POWER

Better for students who already have a basic to intermediate understanding of yoga postures: expect creative sequencing and more advanced postures, like arm balances and inversions.

26&2

This 90-minute class consists of a set sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. This disciplined, traditional class is practiced without music.
